Waterproofing Systems

The whole kit. One standard.

Polyurea is the gold standard — and it isn't the only tool. Real waterproofing is choosing the right system for the assembly, the environment, and the budget. Here's the full arsenal we bring to a project, and the honesty to tell you which one it should be.

The honest truth

A specialist doesn’t push one system.
A specialist knows which one the job needs.

If your project calls for the best membrane in the world — a shower, an elevated deck, any assembly where you never want it to come back — we’ll tell you polyurea. If the engineer’s spec, the budget, or the assembly says otherwise, we’ll tell you that too. Then we’ll install whichever it is to the same standard: the one we’d want over our own heads.

The catalog

Seven systems. All installed to spec.

System 01

Tremco fluid-applied

Tremproof and ExoAir installs — fluid-applied waterproofing and air barriers that form a continuous membrane on vertical and horizontal surfaces. The commercial envelope workhorse, applied to manufacturer spec on everything from podiums to parking decks.

System 02

Proseco Proseal

Premium sheet-applied and fluid-applied membranes for foundations, plaza decks, and below-grade structures. Proseal systems give owners a proven, warranty-backed defense where the engineered solution calls for a sheet membrane.

System 03

Bituminous sheet membranes

The classic below-grade answer — asphaltic sheet membranes on foundation walls and footings, installed as one unbroken barrier before backfill. Used for decades for one reason: it works.

System 04

Liquid-applied air & vapor barriers

Air barriers that stop the invisible leak — conditioned air and the moisture that rides with it. We install the liquid-applied systems that seal the envelope without leaving the gaps sheet goods leave behind.

System 05

Elastomeric roof & deck coatings

Seamless, monolithic coatings for roofs and decks that restore and extend — a maintenance answer that keeps a facility watertight without a full tear-off.

System 06

Sealants & transition detailing

The joints, laps, and transitions where systems meet and fail. Proper sealant selection and application is where waterproofing is won or lost — and where most crews cut the corner.

System 07

Containment & specialty coatings

Secondary containment basins, industrial linings, and facility surfaces where structural reliability is an operational requirement — applied to the same standard as everything else we do.

How we choose

The decision is engineering, not a sales pitch.

01

Read the assembly

What's on the other side of this surface? What's above it, below it, moving against it? The system has to fit the physics, not the other way around.

02

Respect the spec

When the engineer's drawings call for a system, we install that system — to the manufacturer's specification, with the details that actually make it perform.

03

Say the honest thing

If the cheaper system is the right answer, that's what you'll hear from us. It's how we keep the door open for the projects where it's not.

When the answer is polyurea

And when it is — we’re one of the few crews in DFW that can put it down.

Every system on this page has a job it does well. Polyurea does the job nothing else can: one monolithic, seamless membrane with up to 500% elongation that moves with the building and stays inert to temperature extremes. If that’s what your detail calls for, you’ve come to the right shop.

The differentiator

When the job demands the best, the best is what goes down.
